1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on NaseebBet, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement applies every time you use the platform, regardless of how you access it — through a browser on a desktop, a mobile device or any other means.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which are published on this site and form part of the overall agreement between you and NaseebBet.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to accept these terms on their behalf, and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out below.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use NaseebBet, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. NaseebBet does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, wager or use any feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of Pakistan and accessing the platform from within Pakistan.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person when placing bets or using games.
• You are not a current or former employee of NaseebBet, nor a close family member of such an employee.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on NaseebBet.

NaseebBet may request identity verification documents at any stage. This is a standard process to confirm your age and identity before withdrawals are processed or when required for compliance purposes. Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. If you are found to hold more than one account — whether active, dormant or under a different name or payment method — NaseebBet reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and void any bets, bonuses or winnings associated with them.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your username and password secure and do not share them with anyone else. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, notify our support team immediately at [email protected] so the account can be reviewed and secured.

NaseebBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if:

• The account was registered using false, incomplete or misleading information.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion or abuse of bonuses.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period, subject to any dormancy policy in effect at that time.

Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Any applicable dormancy fee, where permitted, will be communicated to you before it is applied.

4. Deposits

All deposits on NaseebBet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied at any stage. Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards where available.

Deposits are credited to your NaseebBet wallet once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer timings depend on the processing schedule of your bank.

The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. NaseebBet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

NaseebBet reserves the right to refuse or return a deposit if there is reason to believe the funds are being used for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal page once your account is verified. All withdrawals are paid in PKR back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a standard security measure.

Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Specific timelines are displayed on the Withdrawal page.

The minimum withdrawal amount is shown on the Withdrawal page. If your balance includes a mix of real money and bonus funds, only the real-money portion that has met any applicable wagering requirements is available for withdrawal.

NaseebBet may carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice and is done to protect your account. You may be asked to confirm your identity, your payment method or the source of funds. Providing documents promptly helps avoid any unnecessary delays.

Withdrawals may be refused or delayed if:

• Verification requirements have not been completed.
• There are outstanding wagering requirements on a bonus balance.
• There is a pending investigation related to the account.
• The withdrawal amount is below the stated minimum.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

NaseebBet offers a welcome bonus for new players, as well as ongoing promotions for existing players. In the event of any conflict between the general terms here and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Standard bonus conditions that apply across all NaseebBet offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Time limit: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus balances expire when the validity period ends.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution breakdown is published with each offer.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: Placing bets above the maximum stated amount while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be stacked. A new bonus cannot be claimed if another bonus is still active on your account.

Attempting to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a way intended to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome, or withdrawing before wagering requirements are met — is a breach of these terms. NaseebBet will remove the bonus balance and any winnings generated from such activity.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

NaseebBet offers sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and other games. Each product has its own set of game-specific rules which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. These general terms apply across all products.

Sports Betting: All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the relevant sport. For cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and other international formats — the result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the ICC is treated as final. In the event of a match being abandoned or a result not being reached within the scheduled timeframe, bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport rules available in the sportsbook section.

Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during a live event are accepted subject to the live betting rules. NaseebBet reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time. Any bets placed after the outcome of a market has been determined — due to system delay or any other technical reason — will be voided.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
